Miss Selfridge are looking for a Supervisor to work in the Metrocentre store. Applicants must have previous retail experience and a genuine interest in fashion with up to date catwalk knowledge. Enthusiasm, hard work and good decision making are key to this role. Excellent communication skills, previous supervisory experience and the ability to work in a team are essential. Duties include store opening and closing, putting the customer first, cash handling, managing a team, meeting targets and general store duties.
Candidates must be flexible with regards to the shifts they can work - mainly weekends and evenings.
